  • We offer free shipping on all orders within Pakistan.
  • Special items, such as pocket carriers or gift bundles, are excluded from the free shipping offer and may incur additional charges.

2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) are processed on the same day.
  • Orders received after 12:00 pm are processed on the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays and national holidays (e.g., Pakistan Independence Day or Eid holidays) are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays).
  • During peak shopping seasons or mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days due to high order volumes.
